Service Description
July, 1970 until mid December, 1970, was Machine Gun Team Leader then Squad Leader in 2nd Platoon and Squad Leader 3rd Platoon. Transferred to B-TOC on LZ Center as S-3 clerk from mid December until DEROS the end of April, 1971. ETS'd from Ft Lewis, Washington.

Retired to Daphne, AL in 2006 after over 41 years working in the Analytical Laboratories for Ralston Purina/Nestle Purina PetCare.

Am still in occasional contact with: Gene Berwanger, Steve Grankowski, Bill Brown, Max Taylor, Ken Rice, Dan Ross, Randy Wright, Dan Isakson.
Some of the very best people I have ever met have been through the "Viet Nam Connection". I am proud to have served and to be a Charlie Tiger.
