About Me
Born and raised in the great state of Kansas. Son of a Union Pacific Railroad Engineer
Married, 3 children
Bachelors Degree form Kansas State University (Go Wildcats!) and a Masters Degree from Central Michigan University.
Spent the bulk of my adult life in someone else’s country, either deployed with the US Army and also 4+ years working as a Defense Contractor in Saudi Arabia developing a Command and Control (C2) system for the Royal Saudi Land Forces (RSLF).
Additional Information
Seventeen years as a Boy Scout Leader, including terms as a Scoutmaster in Germany, the United States, and in Saudi Arabia (sons of military and defense contractors in the Troop).
Still engaged in supporting soldiers. I am a Program Manager for a Battle Command Information Technology program in use by both the US Army and the USMC. More than 3000 systems deployed globally, with 1600+ systems currently deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Favorite Activities: 1) Going off-roading with my family and friends in the Mojave Desert of Southern California. 2) Fixing up the damage to the Jeep from rock climbing, and 3) Savoring the Adrenaline rush.
